Allergen & Dietary Information
Our food is 100% vegetarian — but several plant-based ingredients are common allergens. Here’s exactly what to know, and how we adapt your menu.
Please tell us about any food allergies in your party when you request a quote. We prepare every event to order, so the earlier we know, the more we can adapt — we’ll flag affected dishes and suggest safe alternatives across your menu.
Allergens that may be present
Because we cook a wide range of Gujarati and North Indian dishes, the following common allergens may be present in our kitchen and in individual dishes:
Many of our sweets and curries use dairy (ghee, paneer, milk, cream) and tree nuts (cashew, almond, pistachio); several dishes use peanuts, sesame, mustard seed/oil, soy, or wheat. If you need a dish free of a specific allergen, ask — we’ll tell you what’s possible.
What “100% vegetarian” rules out
Our kitchen is fully vegetarian, so your food will never contain:
- Meat or poultry
- Fish or shellfish
- Eggs (our menu is eggless by default)
Jain, vegan, and no-onion-no-garlic preparations are available on request.
A note on cross-contact
We take allergies seriously, but ours is a shared kitchen where many dishes are prepared with common equipment and surfaces. We cannot guarantee a dish is completely free of trace allergens. If an allergy in your party is severe, please tell us directly so we can plan the safest possible approach with you — and, when in doubt, advise accordingly.
