We recommend booking 4–8 weeks ahead for most events, and 3–6 months ahead for weddings or peak festival dates (Diwali, Navratri). Smaller events can sometimes be booked with 2 weeks' notice, subject to availability.

Yes. Every package can be adapted to Jain (no onion or garlic) or fully vegan specifications at no extra charge. Just let us know when you request your quote.

We cater throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Jose, Fremont, Milpitas, San Francisco, Oakland, Marin and south to Morgan Hill and Gilroy. We also travel beyond it — east through the Tri-Valley to Tracy, Mountain House, Lathrop, Manteca and Stockton and up to Sacramento, and south to Santa Cruz, Salinas and the Monterey Peninsula. Yes — we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.

Absolutely. Our packages are starting templates. Your event manager will work with you to swap sabzi, add live stations, or build an entirely custom menu.

Serving staff and full setup/breakdown come with our staffed service styles — Buffet Service, Full Service, and Table Service. Pickup, delivery, and our One-Time Setup Buffet are self-serve and don't include servers, though staffing can usually be added for an additional fee. We ask for a final guest count 5 days before your event. Small increases can usually be accommodated; large changes may affect pricing and availability.

Yes. While our packages are built around full-service events, we're happy to quote smaller orders for office parties, dessert tables, or drop-off snack trays.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event incur no further charge; cancellations within 30 days may be billed a percentage of the total quote to cover ingredient and staffing commitments.
